State-Specific Notices

Certain state laws may provide additional rights or require disclosures based on the state where you live or are physically located when services are provided. State-specific clinical consents may also be presented during onboarding or care based on your location. These notices supplement, and do not replace, the MDRX Labs Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Telehealth Consent, or the applicable healthcare provider's Notice of Privacy Practices.

Florida

Florida consumers may review the Florida Weight-Loss Consumer Bill of Rights, to the extent applicable to the services provided.

Other State-Specific Clinical Requirements

Additional state-specific telehealth, prescribing, consent, or clinical notices may be presented within the care or onboarding flow based on the patient's physical location and the requirements applicable to the treating healthcare professional. Operational clinical notices do not need to be duplicated on this public page unless required by law.
