Last Updated: September 2, 2026
This California Privacy Notice supplements the MDRxLabs Privacy Policy for California residents and applies to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (collectively, "CCPA"), applies to MDRx Labs LLC and the personal information at issue.
Categories of Personal Information
Depending on how you interact with MDRxLabs, we may collect the following CCPA categories: identifiers and contact information; customer-record information; characteristics such as age where provided; commercial and transaction information; internet or electronic-network activity; approximate location derived from IP address; audio information where calls are recorded; professional or employment information if voluntarily provided; health-related and other sensitive personal information submitted through intake or service requests; and inferences drawn from the information described above.
We use these categories for the business and commercial purposes described in the general Privacy Policy, including account administration, requested services, payments, customer support, security, fraud prevention, compliance, website analytics, and marketing where permitted.

MDRxLabs does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. MDRxLabs may use advertising or analytics technologies on public-facing pages that could constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law with respect to identifiers and internet/electronic activity. MDRxLabs does not sell or share consumer health data or PHI for cross-context behavioral advertising.
California residents may opt out of sale/sharing through the Privacy Choices page.

Opt-out requests will not be conditioned on identity verification beyond what is reasonably necessary to process the opt-out.
An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf where permitted by California law. We may require evidence of the agent's authority and may require you to verify your identity directly unless an exception applies.
Notice at Collection and Retention
At or before collecting personal information, MDRxLabs will provide any notice required by applicable law identifying the categories collected, purposes, whether the information is sold or shared, and a link to applicable privacy notices. We retain each category only for the period reasonably necessary to fulfill disclosed purposes, comply with legal and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, protect security, and enforce agreements. Clinical records are subject to the retention rules and policies of the applicable healthcare provider.
