Program Description

MDRx Labs LLC may offer text-message programs for account, customer-support, service, appointment, shipping, and promotional communications. The types of messages you receive depend on the permissions you provide and the services you request.

If you separately opt in to marketing text messages, you consent to receive recurring marketing or promotional text messages from MDRxLabs at the mobile number you provide, including messages sent using automated technology where permitted by law. Consent to marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase or receiving healthcare services.

Transactional and Service Messages

If you provide a mobile number for an account or requested service, MDRxLabs or service providers may send non-marketing messages reasonably necessary to administer that service, including account, support, appointment/care coordination, security, shipping, and legally required notices, subject to applicable law.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless plan. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Opt Out

You may opt out of marketing texts by replying STOP. Where supported or required, other clear revocation requests will also be honored. MDRxLabs may send one confirmation text. You may also revoke marketing consent by contacting support@mdrxlabs.com. Opting out of marketing texts does not necessarily stop non-marketing account, care-coordination, security, or order messages that are permitted by law and necessary to provide requested services.

Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with the MDRxLabs Privacy Policy and applicable healthcare privacy requirements. MDRxLabs does not sell consumer health data.

Call Recording

Telephone calls with MDRxLabs may be recorded or monitored for quality assurance, training, security, compliance, and customer-service purposes. Where applicable law requires notice or consent before recording, the applicable notice or consent will be provided.
