Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last Updated: September 2, 2026
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Except as expressly stated below or as otherwise required by law, payments are non-refundable once the initial medical intake has been submitted and clinical review or order processing has begun. At that point, clinical, administrative, pharmacy, and fulfillment resources may be allocated to your request.
If you cancel an automatically renewing subscription after a recurring charge has already been processed, the cancellation will stop future recurring charges but will not refund the processed charge.
Prescription medications that have been ordered for, compounded for, dispensed to, or otherwise prepared for an individual patient generally cannot be returned, restocked, reused, or refunded because of pharmacy and patient-safety requirements.
Limited Circumstances Where a Refund May Be Issued
Medical Ineligibility. A full refund may be issued if, during the initial clinical review or consultation, the treating healthcare professional determines that you are not medically eligible for treatment through the program. A refund may be denied if the determination resulted from information you knowingly omitted, concealed, or materially misrepresented during intake.
Billing Error. A full or partial refund, as appropriate, may be issued for a verified billing error, including a duplicate charge or an amount charged in error.
How to Request a Refund
Refund requests based on one of the limited circumstances above should be submitted within 28 days after the original payment date by emailing support@mdrxlabs.com. Include the name and email associated with your account and enough information for MDRxLabs to identify the transaction. MDRxLabs may request additional information reasonably necessary to review the request.
Cancellation
You may cancel an automatically renewing subscription at any time through the patient portal or another cancellation method made available to you to prevent future recurring charges. Billing recurs according to the plan selected at enrollment, such as monthly, every three months, or another disclosed interval. Cancellation does not create a right to a refund of a charge that has already been processed.
If a prescription has been approved and pharmacy or fulfillment processing has begun, the related order generally cannot be canceled for a refund. Once a shipment has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, recalled, or modified by MDRxLabs.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Policy limits any refund, cancellation, chargeback, or other right that cannot lawfully be waived under applicable state or federal law.
